Open House Exchange/Refund Policy
Open House guarantees the quality and condition of the items purchased at the online store. In the event that a product is bought damaged, defective, or incorrect, Open House will gladly exchange or refund it, granted that the item is shipped to the store in good condition with the original tag attached, unwashed and unused within seven (7) days of delivery receipt.
Product exchanges can be made with merchandise credit of the same price or lower value.
In such case as an exchange with a lower value, no change will be provided.
For exchange items with a higher value, customers will agree to pay the remaining balance after the cost of the original item.
Refunds may only take place for inherent imperfections in the goods from the in-store purchase, not any damages incurred by the customer after the sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange beauty, health, food products, as well as any undergarments, once the package has been opened
Open House is compliant with the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
How to Return/Exchange Your Item
Simply email us at with your order number, the product you want to return, why you want to return it, and whether you want it exchanged for a different style or size. We can give refunds in the form of store credits for products in their original condition. If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, you will have to pay the difference. For a lower priced item, we can refund the difference in the form of store credits.
Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.
