How do I order?
Simply visit our site, click on SHOP, and browse among our different partner brands. Choose the items you want, click “Add to cart” and “Go to Checkout” when you’re ready to pay. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout.
Do I need to create an account to order?
You don’t need to create an account to order, but it will help speed things up in future transactions. Creating an account can also give you early access to deals, new products, and exciting content.
What are the modes of payment?
Upon checkout, you can opt for manual payment or to pay through Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account or don’t have enough balance, you can opt to pay with your credit card through Paypal. For manual payment, you can deposit or transfer payment to our BPI account. We can reserve your order for 5 business days, after which, we will cancel your order if payment has not been made.
How much is shipping?
We ship using a courier and have a standard flat rate of 75 php for deliveries to Metro Manila and 205 php for provinces. Shipping should take between 5 to 7 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all around the Philippines. Although shipping rates will be higher outside Metro Manila. We're currently not shipping internationally yet but we're working on it.
Do you have an actual store?
Yes, our flagship shop is located in the Great Northwest Philippines Travel Stop & Viewing Deck, above El Union. We also have several pop-ups in both La Union and Metro Manila that showcase several exciting new products. Stay tuned on our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We will accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of shipment if the product is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange beauty, health, or food products once the package has been opened, as well as underwear or intimates, for sanitary purposes.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the product you want to return, why you want to return it, and whether you want it exchanged for a different style or size. We can give refunds in the form of store credits for products in their original condition. If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, you will have to pay the difference, For a lower priced item, we can refund the difference in the form of store credits. Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the customer. We can give refunds in the form of store credits for products in their original condition.
How can I partner with Open House?
If you are a brand that shares a similar vision as us, you can opt to join our showroom located in the Great Northwest Philippines Travel Stop & Viewing Deck, San Juan, La Union, or you can join one of our community pop-ups scheduled throughout peak periods in the year.
